ScreenBeam BrowserCast may not work for Firefox browser on macOS

This article applies to the BrowserCast feature in ScreenBeam 1100 Plus, FLEX, and 1000EduG2 products.

Firefox on macOS may encounter compatibility issues with WebRTC, which can prevent BrowserCast from connecting successfully. For optimal performance, we recommend using Chrome or Edge browsers.
