Reduced Miracast video performance observed with firmware version 11.x.18.x

This article applies to ScreenBeam 1xxx-Series products.

Some users have experienced decreased Miracast video performance in versions 11.x.18.3 through 11.x.18.7 compared to 11.x.17.x. After upgrading, you may notice issues such as lag or stuttering in mirrored video or audio, even when following recommended best practices. 

If Admin Tools or other new features are not needed, we recommend reverting to the previous stable version. For those who require the latest enhancements, a release candidate for version 11.x.18.10 is now available and addresses this issue.
