What are the network requirements for Orchestrate Go?

Orchestrate Go requires all participating devices, including teacher devices, student devices, and the ScreenBeam receiver or Virtual ScreenBeam, to have internet access.

Devices do not need to be on the same network or VLAN. However, network administrators must ensure the following:

  • Internet Access: All participating devices must have internet connectivity.
  • Network Configuration: ScreenBeam receivers or Virtual ScreenBeam must be properly configured and connected to the network.
  • Firewall Requirements: Required network ports and communication protocols must be permitted to support session establishment, moderation, and screen sharing.
  • NAT Restrictions: Symmetric NAT configurations are not supported.

Refer to the Orchestrate Go Deployment Guide for detailed firewall ports and network configuration requirements.
