When the Classroom Commander apps cannot start and the error message is Windows cannot find ?C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\...\sbcc_teacher.exe?, then the app might be blocked by Norton Antivirus (or similar antivirus software).
If Norton Antivirus software (or another antivirus software) is running on your device and the Classroom Commander app cannot be started after installation:
- Open Norton Antivirus software (or another antivirus software)

- Add the SBCC apps to the AV's whitelist
- Open Norton Antivirus software (or another antivirus software) and add an exclusion.
- Add the path C:\Program Files\WindowsApps so that UWP apps are not scanned by the AV
