Do guests need to install any applications or connect any dongles to present to the ScreenBeam receiver?


The ScreenBeam 1xxx-Series and 1000 allow typical guest users with the following types of devices to connect without installing any application or requiring any dongles:

  • Windows 11/10 devices with Miracast
  • Android devices with Miracast
  • Android devices with Google Cast
  • macOS devices (2012 or newer)
  • iOS devices (iOS 9 and newer)

The ScreenBeam 960 allows typical guest users with the following types of devices to connect without installing any application or requiring any dongles:

  • Windows 10 devices with Miracast
  • Android devices with Miracast
  • macOS devices (2012 or newer)
  • iOS devices (iOS 9 and newer)


The ScreenBeam 750 allows typical guest users with the following types of devices to connect without installing any application or requiring any dongles:

  • Windows 10 devices with Miracast
  • Android devices with Miracast
