How do I reset my ScreenBeam to Factory Default settings?
This article applies to the following ScreenBeam products: 1xxx-Series
With the ScreenBeam powered on and with the Ready to Connect screen displayed (no active wireless display sessions or activity on the HDMI input) press and hold the blue LED multifunction button on the ScreenBeam for 10 seconds, you will see a message overlay on the Ready to Connect screen that the device is being reset to Factory Default settings.
Alternatively, connect to the Local Management Interface of the ScreenBeam and go to the Maintenance tab, then select the option to Reset the receiver. Reset will return the ScreenBeam to Factory Default settings, Soft Reset will preserve the Wi-Fi network connection and CMS server information, but all other settings will reset to Factory Default.
