iOS native screen mirroring "video failed to load" issue
When playing an online video on an iOS device while screen mirroring, you may encounter a "video failed to load" message on the display connected to the ScreenBeam.
Please check for the following:
- Make sure the ScreenBeam receiver is connected to a network with Internet access
- If the network includes a web security solution (i.e. Cisco WSA), the permission must be set to allow the stream to go through. Please contact your network admin and refer to the security solution provider to resolve this issue
- If you've completed the first two steps and are still encountering the error, disable iOS Push Mode in the Features tab of the ScreenBeam.
