This article applies to the following ScreenBeam products: 1100 Plus 

1100 Plus with Teams Rooms and Shared Touchscreen

Issue: The touch coordination is inaccurate for the wireless display with Ghost inking during the Teams Rooms session.

Workaround: Users are advised to turn off the participant view in Teams Rooms so the touch coordination can be accurate.

1100 Plus with Teams Rooms and Shared Touchscreen and AV Devices

Issue: When using MTR and wanting to add a wireless display session for content sharing, the camera video and audio will stop if users connect to ScreenBeam using the ScreenBeam Conference app.

Workaround: Don't use the ScreenBeam Conference app or close it before connecting to ScreenBeam.
