I can't hear any audio or sound on TV after ScreenBeam connection is established.
This issue may occur on your Laptop/PC with its USB Audio Device.
Use these steps as a Workaround:
- Disconnect the current ScreenBeam connection
- In Windows Control Panel, locate and open Audio/Volume Control Settings
- Set System audio device as Default
- Exit and re-launch ScreenBeam software
- Reconnect to ScreenBeam receiver
