I connected to the ScreenBeam 960 with iOS or macOS but am only presented with a black screen with a text message stating No Video Signal Detected. Why?

macOS and iOS devices may sometimes not play video if screen mirroring is initiated in-app. If this occurs on a macOS device, move your mouse to initiate a wireless display to start. If this occurs on an iOS device, reconnect to the ScreenBeam 960 by opening Control Center, selecting Screen Mirroring, and selecting the receiver from the list.
