ScreenBeam Conference - MacOS - Camera video feed shows green screen
ScreenBeam 1100 Plus Conference feature allows Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) users to the wireless conference and utilize the desired UC client for video conferencing.��
Issue:� On MacOS, the UC client app (i.e., Teams or Zoom) video shows a green screen instead of the video feed from the camera.
Reason: The software installation or upgrade did not install the drivers correctly.
Remedy:�

Close MacOS ScreenBeam Conference and meeting applications (Teams/Zoom/etc.).

Run the Mac SB Conference uninstall utility (Under Applications > SB Conference > ".SB Conference Uninstaller"��

Re-install ScreenBeam Conference software again.
- Reboot the system for good measure.
